The Lognest Retreat is a peaceful and private oceanfront one-bedroom log cottage, overlooking the spectacular scenery of Baynes Sound and the Beaufort Mountain range. Set amongst seven acres of forested land at the North end of Denman Island, Lognest Retreat is ideal for singles, couples or families of up to five. The Lognest Retreat is the perfect destination for a restful getaway, or to take advantage of the many recreational activities on Denman Island. High bank beach access is on the property by a boardwalk and stairs, or enjoy the walking trails through adjoining acreages of private land.

Location & Directions

Lognest Retreat is only a 10 minute drive (6 kms or 4 miles) north from the Denman Island ferry landing and the amenities offered in Denman Island’s downtown village.
Coming from the ferry, take a left at the top of the hill onto Northwest Rd.Continue on this road for 6 kms or 4 miles until turning left on Gladstone Way, where the Lognest is the first driveway on the left.
